So we had a brainwave. Could you build a state-of-the-art race simulator using the best gear from Fanatec and place it all inside a classic arcade machine? We picked up a broken Battle Gear 4 rig for just €200 and got to work. With no real plan and very much making it up as we went along, see us strip the machine down in part 1 of this 4 part series.

  1. Nice thumbnail click bait shitheads! 🙂 Less than 250? How? LOL Did you steal the Fanatec stuff?

  2. My god. Best argument for "never give a monkey a gun" I've ever seen. You raped a classic arcade machine. Stick to the cars, fellas.

  3. 3:25 that's not a bulb, that's an electron beam, being aimed at a phosphor layer with different colour (red, green, blue) pattern.

  4. Hah I want you now bc I got the g920 wheel

  5. Roughly what size is this would love to move all my driving rig bits onto an old arcade cab like you done. Looks amazing

  6. I used to work in the arcade industry doing repairs. Had flashbacks to the horrors of fixing those machines. The tech evolved so fast throughout the years it was a different setup in every machine. Those things are filled with obscure PC parts that only existed for a year or two before being discontinued and upgraded to the new version. If something odd went bad we would often have to just scrap the whole unit or replace all the components. Anyways, this is a way better use for these damned things

  7. The thumbnail says, Build for less than €250? You wouldn't get much from Fanatec for €250 lol.

  8. Good damn that’s going to look mint best idea I’ve seen so far can’t wait to see what you do on next episode 👍👍👍

  9. What’s Veore ???? 🤔…..😂

  10. just a heads up: Battle Gear 4 isn't what you'd call 90s arcade, it's released around 2004 and the updated version (2006 called Battle Gear 4 Tuned) had an active server until mid 2019.
correct me if I'm wrong but that's about it.

  11. Damn. I remember this game. I use to play 3 all the time. Only played 4 a few times when I took a trip to the Philippines. Sweet set up.

  12. Bit of a stretch calling fanatec the best in the world! Not bad for free though

  13. My friend has done this with a Saga Rally twin seat, its mad.
